We have a new teacher! The head of department came in last week and informed us that they needed to shuffle things around so Bec will no longer be our teacher. It was bittersweet news but lucky for us, Bec came in today to hand things over so we had both teachers for the day.
I accidentally filed off just a bit too much of the band and had to do multiple repairs. Erin said to achieve a better result for this purpose, I could try heating up some wax carving tools over a spirit lamp and smooth / butter over the curve.
